Phil Dildine (pronounced "dill" "dine") is the Principal Broker of The Morris Companies, LLC (MPMI) and oversees the operation of the The Morris Group of Investment Real Estate Brokers. This group sells investment real estate throughout the state of Tennessee, North Georgia, Northwest Mississippi, Virginia Beach, Virginia and Eastern Arkansas. Prior to assuming the CEO position, Phil was the top producing agent with MPMI for 10 straight years. The Greater Nashville Board of Realtors has bestowed the honor "Lifetime Member" status to Phil in their Million Dollar Sales Club. In November, 2003, Phil completed a two-year educational effort of graduate level curriculum to earn the prestigious designation, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis, and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate professionals in North America, only 7,000 currently hold the CCIM designation. Phil is also part owner of Tianjin Morris Property Management, in Tianjin, China, and is leading Morris Properties, Inc. realtors toward exciting new business endeavors in Johannesburgh, South Africa, as well. Phong is originally from Vietnam and moved to Nashville in 1992. Phong attended East Tennessee State University, from where he received two Bachelor of Science Degrees, one in Computer Science and the other in Microbiology. Phong joined the Morris Properties Inc., Realtors team at the beginning of 2006 as our head of technology. A member of the East Tennessee State University Computer Honors Society in 2003, Phong enjoys soccer, gardening, traveling and computers. He and his wife currently live in Nashville and are active in the Vietnamese Community here in Nashville.
